General Information - Apart Benedikt
- The apartment can be entered from 3:00 p.m. onwards. Please let us know if you arrive after 8:00 p.m.: 0043-664-2547198
- We ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m. on departure day.
- The apartment is booked for you once we have received your down payment.
- Payments must be made in cash.
- Arena Card inclusive: The swimming pool, sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin of the Freizeit Arena can be used for free daily.
- Fresh-bread delivery is available upon request (at a surcharge).
- For persons suffering from allergies we happily provide suitable beds and pillows.
- Towels are changed twice a week (for stays of a whole week).
- On arrival day a deposit of €200 must be made (für possible damage or leaving a complete mess).
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. You can smoke at your balcony or in front of the house.
- Guests can store the skiing equipment in our ski storage room with boot drier.
- Cancellation fees:
- If you cancel your stay three months ahead of your stay, no cancellation fee is charged.
- If you cancel your stay one to three months ahead of your stay, the amount of the down payment is charged.
- One month to one week ahead of your stay we have to charge 70% of the total arrangement price. If you cancel your stay during the last week ahead of your planned arrival day we have to charge 90% of the total arrangement price.
